Solomon is based in Singapore and his background is in management consultancy, investments and turnarounds, focusing on strategy, commercial management, business and process optimisation, interim and crisis management, investment origination, structuring and exits.

His work covers the global markets and includes shipping, mining, F&B, technology, manufacturing, property and private equity. Solomon is a key appointment holder of a private equity owned shipping company, F&B technology firm and an investment fund.

Solomon is a chartered accountant in Singapore, Australia and New Zealand, and an accredited director in Singapore. He is fluent in English, Mandarin and basic Bahasa Indonesia.
Ang Chiang Meng

Chiang Meng is based in Singapore and Jakarta. He is experienced in management consultancy, corporate advisory and turnarounds, focusing on business transformations, new markets, change management, interim and crisis management, restructurings, capital raising and mergers and acquisitions.

His work has a keen focus on Asia and is the firm’s specialist on property, energy, commodities and mining. He often takes on directorships and executive appointments of both listed and private companies to assist businesses.

Chiang Meng is a former banker and is fluent in English, Mandarin and basic Bahasa Indonesia. He is also a certified practising management consultant, chartered valuer and appraiser and a senior accredited director in Singapore.
Nadia Sofia Habibie
Nadia is based in Jakarta and specialises in sustainability, government relations, financial technology, corporate governance and commercial management.

Previously, Nadia held a position at the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs and Investment, serving as the Chief of Staff for the Republic of Indonesia’s Deputy Minister for Infrastructure and Transportation. She is currently a board director of The Habibie Centre and Habibie & Ainun Foundation.

Nadia holds an economics degree from the University of Chicago and a master in finance from the Imperial College. Nadia speaks English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Diadre is based in Singapore and Malaysia. She specialises in management consultancy and corporate advisory. Her experience covers businesses globally, including Singapore, Indonesia, Australia, Malaysia and UK and across various industries including shipping, energy, telecommunication, satellite and broadcasting, radio and TV operator, cinema, real estate and technology.

Diadre advises clients on organisational structure and efficiencies, capital structure, working capital management and optimisation, business plans, fundraising and exit strategies.

Diadre speaks English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu.

Mona is based in Beijing and speciaiises in private equity, cross-border advisory, restructuring, enforcement, commercial and legal due diligence, commercial disputes including litigation and arbitration.

Mona has a deep understanding of PRC laws and regulatory environment. She represented a diverse client base, including international and local banks, private equity funds, multinational corporations, state-owned enterprises, government and regulatory bodies across a range of industries.

Mona is a PRC qualified lawyer and holds law degrees from Durham University in United Kingdom and Jilin University. She speaks English and Mandarin.

Hubert is a licensed insolvency practitioner based in Singapore. He is also a chartered accountant in Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand.

Hubert has over 18 years in the field of corporate recovery, formal and informal corporate restructuring, financial due diligence, forensic accounting and financial investigations. This experience included being appointed by courts, creditors, shareholders, distressed companies and investors.

Hubert is recognised for his proven track record and methodical, tenacious and direct approach to his work, helping clients and stakeholders across various jurisdictions and diverse industries to develop strategies to achieve tangible outcomes and maximise recovery.

Endah is based in Jakarta. She is experienced in investments, management consultancy and corporate advisory, focusing on capital structures, capital raising, merger and acquisitions and venture building.
 
Endah held various key appointments in start ups and her experience encompasses a wide range of industries, including oil and gas, gold and coal mining, power plant, F&B, FMCG and retail.
 
Endah is fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Sonia Gan

Sonia is based in Singapore and advises founders, boards, family offices, and prominent families on scaling, governance, performance, transition and succession planning, alongside the corporate finance activities that support them by bridging the gap between institutional rigor and hands-on operational execution.

She held pivotal leadership roles across both public and private sectors, bringing deep expertise in operational strategy, corporate governance and corporate finance. Alongside her executive leadership roles, she managed investment activities for family offices, where she co-invested in and served on the boards of portfolio companies.

Sonia holds a Master of Science in Financial Economics from Trinity College, University of Oxford, and a First-Class Honours degree in Economics from University College London, which she attended as a Singapore Government Scholar. She is an accredited director in Singapore and is bilingual in English and Mandarin.
