Solomon Tan
Solomon is based in Singapore and his background is in management consultancy, investments and turnarounds, focusing on strategy, commercial management, business and process optimisation, interim and crisis management, investment origination, structuring and exits.

His work covers the global markets and includes shipping, mining, F&B, technology, manufacturing, property and private equity. Solomon is a key appointment holder of a private equity owned shipping company, F&B technology firm and an investment fund.

Solomon is a chartered accountant in Singapore, Australia and New Zealand, and an accredited director in Singapore. He is fluent in English, Mandarin and basic Bahasa Indonesia.
Ang Chiang Meng
Chiang Meng is based in Singapore and Jakarta. He is experienced in management consultancy, corporate advisory and turnarounds, focusing on business transformations, new markets, change management, interim and crisis management, restructurings, capital raising and mergers and acquisitions.

His work has a keen focus on Asia and is the firm’s specialist on property, energy, commodities and mining. He often takes on directorships and executive appointments of both listed and private companies to assist businesses.

Chiang Meng is a former banker and is fluent in English, Mandarin and basic Bahasa Indonesia. He is also a certified practising management consultant, chartered valuer and appraiser and a senior accredited director in Singapore.
Erika Natasya
Erika is based in Jakarta and has led various management consultancy, corporate advisory and restructuring assignments. These assignments relate to a wide range of industries in Indonesia including oil and gas, infrastructure, mining, palm oil, F&B, manufacturing, retail and fund and asset management.

She advises clients on working capital management, business modelling, transaction document drafting and review and has developed numerous PKPU plans in Indonesia.

Erika is a chartered financial analyst and speaks English, Bahasa Indonesia and basic Mandarin.
Diadre Phuah
Diadre is based in Singapore and Malaysia. She specialises in management consultancy and corporate advisory. Her experience covers businesses globally, including Singapore, Indonesia, Australia, Malaysia and UK and across various industries including shipping, energy, telecommunication, satellite and broadcasting, radio and TV operator, cinema, real estate and technology.

Diadre advises clients on organisational structure and efficiencies, capital structure, working capital management and optimisation, business plans, fundraising and exit strategies.

Diadre speaks English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu.
Hubert Chang
Hubert is a licensed insolvency practitioner based in Singapore. He is also a chartered accountant in Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand.

Hubert has over 18 years in the field of corporate recovery, formal and informal corporate restructuring, financial due diligence, forensic accounting and financial investigations. This experience included being appointed by courts, creditors, shareholders, distressed companies and investors.

Hubert is recognised for his proven track record and methodical, tenacious and direct approach to his work, helping clients and stakeholders across various jurisdictions and diverse industries to develop strategies to achieve tangible outcomes and maximise recovery.
Ethan Lam
Ethan is based in Singapore and his background is in investments, corporate advisory, turnarounds, change management, interim and crisis management, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, corporate recovery and restructuring.

He had extensive experience across Asia and his clients range from small and medium enterprises to international companies, operating across diversified industries. Ethan often holds interim executive roles to assist clients to implement the required initiatives.

Ethan is both a chartered accountant and a licensed insolvency practitioner in Singapore. He is fluent in English, Mandarin and basic Bahasa Indonesia.
