Foreky Wong
Foreky is based in Hong Kong with a strong background in corporate restructuring, corporate recovery, insolvency management, forensic accounting, litigation support and financial advisory.
His work spans Asia, Australia and various offshore jurisdictions, and he is frequently appointed by creditors, distressed companies and investors as director, receiver and liquidator, including for listed companies and major China-based property developers. He founded a restructuring firm after more than fifteen years with a global consulting firm.
Foreky is a certified public accountant in Hong Kong with the specialist qualification in insolvency and a chartered financial analyst. He is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Sonia Gan
Sonia is based in Singapore and advises founders, boards, family offices, and prominent families on scaling, governance, performance, transition and succession planning, alongside the corporate finance activities that support them by bridging the gap between institutional rigor and hands-on operational execution.
She held pivotal leadership roles across both public and private sectors, bringing deep expertise in operational strategy, corporate governance and corporate finance. Alongside her executive leadership roles, she managed investment activities for family offices, where she co-invested in and served on the boards of portfolio companies.
Sonia holds a Master of Science in Financial Economics from Trinity College, University of Oxford, and a First-Class Honours degree in Economics from University College London, which she attended as a Singapore Government Scholar. She is an accredited director in Singapore and is bilingual in English and Mandarin.
